Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Colfi Transportation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Colfi Transportation provides:

  • Executive Chauffeur Services

  • Airport Transportation

  • Black Car Services

  • Executive & Corporate Transportation

  • Private Jet Coordination

  • Yacht Services

  • International Transportation Arrangements

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Reservations & Booking

  • Reservations must be confirmed by our team to be valid.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, travel times, passenger count, and contact information.

  • Special requests (child seats, additional stops, etc.) must be communicated at the time of booking.

  • International and large-scale bookings may require additional coordination time.

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons and major events.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required to confirm a reservation unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods.

  • Corporate accounts may be eligible for invoicing upon approval.

  • Additional charges may apply for overtime, additional stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, or special requests.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a confirmed booking has been secured.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service booked.

General guidelines:

  • Airport and standard transfers typically require advance notice for cancellation to avoid charges.

  • Hourly and special event bookings may require longer cancellation windows.

  • Private jet and yacht services are subject to separate cancellation terms.

Specific cancellation details will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Waiting Time

For airport pickups:

  • We monitor flights in real time.

  • Complimentary waiting time may be included (details provided at booking).

  • Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period may incur charges.

For non-airport pickups:

  • A grace period may apply.

  • Extended waiting time is subject to additional billing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully

  • Refrain from illegal activity in vehicles

  • Avoid smoking unless explicitly permitted

  • Be responsible for any damage caused by passengers

Colfi Transportation reserves the right to terminate service without refund if client behavior is unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

Colfi Transportation is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Missed flights due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

  • Items lost or left in vehicles

While we make every effort to operate punctually and professionally, certain delays may be unavoidable.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, emergencies, or other force majeure events.

9. Private Jet & Yacht Services

Private aviation and yacht services are coordinated through trusted third-party operators. Additional agreements and terms may apply to those services. Colfi Transportation is not responsible for operational decisions made by aviation or maritime providers.

10. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

Colfi Transportation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
